• Delivered without fixing holes and with a standard vernier scale.

Features
• Insertion force between 0 and 600 N for the types S50.x, and between 0 and 1500 N for the type S100.
• 20mm standard stroke for type S50.x and 40mm for type S100, with an adjustment to 1/100th.
• Exactly reproduces the movement of a manual watchmaker press : down the spindle without force on the workpiece, then applying pressure.

Aluminium slide “EasyMount”
Avantages
• Completely stainless. All components are made of anodised aluminium, except stainless steel screws and roller-bearings.
• Delivered with a fixing system allowing a very simple pairing of the tables between them (see page 13).
• Much lighter than cast-iron slides, without loss of performance.
Applications
These slides are particularly recommended for use in laboratories, in medical environments, or under extreme moisture conditions.

Type HR linear guideways precision table
Applications
These tables are specifically designed for applications requiring high stability and repeatability in motion and/or in positioning (micron range)
Features
• The main parts of this table are made of grey cast iron (GG25) and the visible parts are ground
• Supplied with 2 pin holes and 4 threads (above and below). These machined features are for simple cross assembly of the tables
• Guide rails with needle bearing ensure linear displacement.
• A satellite roller screw provides a precise motion. Upon request, a micrometer screw with a preloaded bronze nut can be installed ("low cost" version).
• Limit switches ( home + end) are preinstalled and wired to a 15 pins SUB-D connector.

Most of our tables are delivered without fixing holes. This is why we will willingly provide all the sub-contracting work (machining, surface treatment, assembly of the equipment) on our tables, as well as any associated parts. So please do not hesitate to contact us for more informations.
